Checked Baggage Allowance
- Business Class
- Zones 3 & 5: 2 pieces, up to 32 kg each
- Flights to/from Brazil & Zone 4: 1 piece, up to 30 kg
- Premium Class
- Zone 3 & 4: 1 piece, up to 25 kg
- Zone 5: 1 piece, up to 32 kg
- Flights to/from Brazil: 2 pieces, up to 32 kg each
- Economy Class
- Zone 1 & 2 (Economy Classic): 1 piece, up to 20 kg
- Zone 3 & 4: 1 piece, up to 20 kg
- Zone 5: 1 piece, up to 23 kg
- Flights to/from Brazil: 2 pieces, up to 32 kg each
Size Limit:
All pieces must not exceed 158 cm (length + width + height).
Cabin Baggage Allowance
- Business Class: 2 pieces, combined weight up to 12 kg
- Premium Class: 1 piece, up to 10 kg
- Economy Class: 1 piece, up to 6 kg
Size Limit:
Each piece must not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm.
