Mango Baggage Policy

Free Checked Baggage Allowance

• Every passenger flying with Mango is entitled to 20kg of checked baggage free of charge, no matter how many bags you have.
• If your total checked baggage weight exceeds 20kg, an excess baggage fee will apply per kilogram or part thereof.
• Individual Bag Weight Limit: No single bag can weigh more than 32kg for safety reasons.

Infant Allowance

• Infants (without a seat) are allowed 10kg of checked baggage.
• Prams and car seats are free of charge but must be tagged at the check-in counter.
• Anything above this allowance will be charged as excess baggage.

MangoPlus Fare

• MangoPlus ticket holders get an additional 30kg of baggage per person.
• If you exceed this allowance, standard excess baggage rates per kilogram will apply.

Codeshare Flights

• For SAA codeshare flights, baggage rules will be according to the ticket conditions.

Important Note

• Baggage means personal items, clothing and belongings for a comfortable journey.
• Not sports gear, bicycles, fragile or valuable objects, perishable goods, liquor etc.
