Air Arabia

Air Arabia is a low-cost airline based in the A1 Building of Sharjah Freight Centre, located at Sharjah International Airport, UAE. The airline operates to over 170 destinations across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Central Asia. Its main hub is at Sharjah International Airport, with secondary hubs in Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi. The airline also has focus cities in Alexandria and Casablanca.

Water and Alcohol Policy

Air Arabia does not provide free water on its flights, whether domestic or international. If you want to buy water you can do so onboard for 3 AED.

Air Arabia does not serve alcohol on any of its flights.

Cabin Classes on Air Arabia

Air Arabia has two cabin classes, each with different services:

Business Class

• Access to select airport lounges.
• Comfortable and spacious seating.
• Inflight entertainment on personal screens.
• Gourmet meal options from a chef-curated menu.

Economy Class

• AVOD (Audio Video on Demand) entertainment on personal screens.
• Option to pre-order meals and beverages from an exclusive menu

Flight Change Policy

• More than 72 hours before departure: AED 150 per person, per sector or 25% of the fare (whichever is higher).
  
• Between 72 and 24 hours before departure: AED 200 per person, per sector or 25% of the fare (whichever is higher).

Flight Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before departure: AED 150 per person, per sector or 30% of the fare (whichever is higher).
  
• Between 72 and 24 hours before departure: AED 200 per person, per sector or 30% of the fare (whichever is higher).
  
• Within 24 hours of departure: No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Important Notes:

• Group booking amendment and cancellation fees may vary.
  
• Air Arabia does not refund after payment (except for flights to/from Cairo). For cancellations, the remaining amount is kept as credit valid for 12 months for the same passenger.
  
• Business Class passengers flying to/from Cairo can change their booking for free up to 8 hours before departure (fare difference applies).
• Passengers with Flexi or Extra Fare can change once without fee or cancel without penalty up to 8 hours before departure (fare difference applies).
  
• Some bookings like promotional or complimentary tickets may not be eligible for changes or cancellations.
