Air Astana

Air Astana is the national airline group of Kazakhstan, based in Almaty. The airline operates 64 domestic and international routes, with its main hub in Almaty International Airport and secondary hub in Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport.

Air Astana has codeshare agreements with many global airlines including Air France, Air India, Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Bangkok Airways, KLM, Etihad Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, S7 Airlines, Lufthansa, Ukraine International Airlines and Turkish Airlines.

Cabin Classes

Air Astana offers two main cabin classes:

• Business Class: Premium seating, extra comfort and personalized service.
  

• Economy Class: Comfortable seating with basic amenities.

And Economy Sleeper Class on Airbus A321neo Long Range aircraft for extra comfort.

All classes have RAVE in-flight entertainment system with a wide selection of movies, TV shows and audio programs.

Frequent Flyer Program – Nomad Club

Air Astana’s loyalty program, Nomad Club, has four membership tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold and Diamond.
Members get priority check-in, extra baggage allowance and reward points redemption.

Nomad Club also partners with Lufthansa’s Miles & More and Asiana Airlines’ Asiana Club, so members can earn and redeem miles across these networks.

Cancellation Policy

Air Astana has a 24 hour risk free cancellation window for tickets booked at least 7 days before departure. Within this period you can cancel your flight and get a full refund.

Important Notes:

• Refund requests can be submitted online via the official website: www.airastana.com.Refunds only apply to tickets cancelled within the allowed time frame.
  
• Refunds take 7-10 business days to process.
  
• Tickets past their validity are non-refundable.
  
• If the airline cancels the flight due to operational reasons, passengers are eligible for rebooking or compensation.

Cancellation Fees

After 24 hour window:

• $100 to $500 for international flights (depending on fare rules and route).
  
• If canceled within 24 hours of departure, a fee of $100 to $400 applies.
