Key Terms & Conditions:
- Available for purchase up to 6 hours prior to departure.
- Options start from 5 kg, then 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, and 30 kg.
- Maximum prepaid baggage per passenger: 30 kg.
- Can be purchased via the website, travel agents, Lion Air Tower, or Lion Air Group branch offices.
- Excess baggage fees apply if total baggage exceeds the free allowance plus prepaid baggage.
- Unused prepaid baggage is non-refundable, except when refunded with the original ticket.
Online Check-In
- Available from 24 hours to 4 hours before flight departure.
- Passengers must arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure.
- If checking in online with baggage, passengers must stop at the check-in counter for baggage drop.
- A printed copy of the e-ticket is required to clear security and board the aircraft.
