Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Discounted tickets are 100% non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Changes Policy

  • Most discounted tickets are non-changeable.

  • If fare rules allow changes, passengers must pay a change penalty along with any fare difference.

  • Changes or cancellations may be allowed within 24 hours of booking, subject to a mandatory service fee plus airline penalties.

3. Name Changes / Corrections

  • Tickets are non-transferable.

  • No corrections to passenger names are allowed once the booking is confirmed.

4. Service Fee

  • Charges labeled ‘Airglobal Merchant’ are non-refundable.

5. No Show

  • Passengers who fail to show up for their flight are considered a no-show.

  • In such cases, the missed flight and all subsequent flights are canceled, and the entire amount paid is forfeited.

6. Itinerary Reconfirmation

  • Travelers must review and reconfirm names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing, including all airport changes.

  • Discrepancies must be reported to Air Global within 4 hours of booking.

  • Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the booking, and Air Global assumes no liability.

  • Passengers are advised to save and review their itinerary.

7. Price Guarantee

  • Prices are guaranteed only after ticket issuance, which may take up to 24 hours.

  • Passengers should contact Air Global if tickets are not received within this timeframe.

8. Booking Confirmation

  • A confirmation number does not guarantee ticket issuance.

  • The booking process is complete only after receiving a ticket number.

  • Fare errors may prevent honoring the quoted fare, subject to Air Global terms.

9. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

  • Travelers must ensure compliance with passport, visa, health, and other requirements for all destinations and transit points.

  • Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.

  • Air Global assumes no responsibility if boarding is denied or deportation occurs, including due to age.

10. Credit/Debit Card Authorization

  • By booking, passengers authorize Air Global to charge the grand total to their credit/debit card.

  • Passengers must comply with their card issuer’s terms and conditions.

11. Basic Economy Tickets

  • Tickets are booked in basic economy unless otherwise specified.

  • Such tickets do not include check-in baggage and cannot be upgraded.

12. Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer & Special Requests

  • All requests are requests only and not guaranteed.

  • Service fees for special requests are non-refundable.

  • Passengers are advised to confirm requests directly with the airline.

13. Schedule Changes

  • Air Global makes every effort to notify passengers of schedule changes.

  • Passengers are advised to reconfirm flights with the airline 24–72 hours prior to departure.

14. Customer Obligation

  • Passengers should periodically check emails for updates regarding flight schedules and respond promptly.
