United Polaris Business:

United Premium Plus:

  • Upgraded economy with enhanced dining, free drinks, amenity kits, and premium seating on domestic and hub-to-hub international flights.

United First:

  • Fully flat seats on international aircraft, 38″ pitch on domestic aircraft, meals, pre-departure drinks, and separate check-in desks.

Economy Plus:

  • Available on all United Airlines flights. Free for MileagePlus Premier members.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 24-hour flexible booking: Tickets booked at least a week before departure may be waived of change or cancellation fees.

  • Basic Economy: Not changeable but fully refundable within 24 hours of booking if conditions are met.

  • Refunds: Processed according to fare rules; non-refundable fares may be applied to a new ticket for a fee.

  • Timeframe: Refunds credited to original payment method. Credit card refunds are processed within 7 business days; other refunds within 20 business days.

  • Travel must start by December 31, 2023 and be completed within 12 months from the outward date.
