Baggage Policy
Cabin Baggage:
- Economy Class: 1 piece of cabin baggage not exceeding 8 kg.
- Business Class: 2 pieces of cabin baggage not exceeding 8 kg each.
- Dimensions: 56cm (L) x 36cm (W) x 23cm (H) each.
Checked Baggage:
- Economy Class: 23 kg per piece.
- Business Class: 32 kg per piece.
- Size Limit: Total dimensions of 1 piece of checked baggage (length + width + height) must not exceed 158 cm.
Check-In Options
Web Check-In:
Check in online using your booking reference number and reduce your wait time at the airport. Web check-in is available from 24 hours to 60 minutes before departure.
Mobile Check-In:
Select your seat and receive a digital boarding pass via email. Mobile check-in is available from 24 hours to 40 minutes before scheduled departure.
Self-Service Kiosks:
Available at selected airports, these kiosks allow you to check in and print your boarding pass. After printing, proceed to the baggage drop counter. Separate counters for Economy and Business Class passengers.
